Theday Agro Industry PLC is an Ethiopian agro-processing company established in 2006. Founded to address the shortage of locally processed fruit products and reduce post-harvest losses, the company has grown into a modern fruit processing facility. Theday Agroindustry produces natural fruit jams and premium dried fruits using locally sourced raw materials and high food safety standards, while promoting sustainability, ethical sourcing and strong partnerships with farmers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, implementation and follow-up of company projects and initiatives
  • Support preparation of project work plans, schedules and progress reports
  • Monitor project activities against agreed timelines, deliverables and budgets
  • Facilitate communication between management, staff, consultants and partners
  • Organize meetings, trainings and project-related events
  • Maintain project documentation, records and reporting files
  • Support compliance with donor, partner or internal reporting requirements
About You

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Basic understanding of project planning, monitoring and reporting
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with donor-funded or technical assistance projects
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools and reporting formats
  • Ability to prepare simple progress and activity reports
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, responsible and professional
