Essential Function
- Maintain and update proper inventory master list of all assets of the Bank.
- Conduct physical inventory count of the bank’s property and balance with the master list.
- Reconcile the property master list against account records.
- Prepare sequential tag list and coordinate the tagging process of assets.
- Handle property insurance activities.
- Administer acquired properties and compile ownership documents.
- Collect damaged and used items from all work units and warehouse properly.
- Identify and report stock items for damage, obsolesce and defects and recommend for disposal.
- Monitor and follow-up that material resources are registered properly, accounted for, insured, and secured.
Job Requirements
Qualification:- BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,
Experience: – 3 years relevant experience preferably in the banking industry of which 1 year as Junior Property Administration Officer
- Salary: as per the Bank’s salary scale
