Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and results-driven Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring product compliance with industry standards, and maintaining continuous improvement within production operations. This role is essential in safeguarding product quality and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality reports, documentation, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality and safety standards.
• Lead internal audits and support external quality audits when required.
• Collaborate with production, technical, and management teams to improve overall product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in , Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in construction chemicals or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards (ISO knowledge is an advantage).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
