Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare an annual action plan and budget for quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and submit work reports quarterly, bi-annually and annually.
- Adapt QA procedure and instruments to the needs of the college tracks and documents revisions
- Support establishment and ensure functionality of QA teams
- Support college and QA teams to use procedures and tools to conduct regular self- assessments
- Support to build quality management capacity of QA personnel and QA teams in the college through training and other appropriate means
- Establish and strengthen education development centers
- Work or promote to involve students, teachers, administrative staff, practical teaching sites in the activities of education quality
- Conduct tracer study,
- Develop feedback meeting to share successes and improvement ideas to colleges, departments, academic staffs.
- Receives and considers annual program reviews from departments and passes comments to the college dean.
- Document findings and actions taken in database or other means.
- Follow up and advice with regard to overall QA activities of the respective college
About You
- Experience :5-8 yrs
- Worked in educational institution as a quality assurance especially in health science fields
- Qualification: BSc. Degree/MSc. Degree in educational management, curriculum development, Pedagogy, or other related fields
- Experience working in a higher education setting (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) experience preferred.
