Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage our in-progress real estate projects, focusing on construction, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, driving sales, and executing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets for real estate properties.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of sales contracts and agreements.
Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote real estate properties and projects.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and events, to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Construction Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of real estate construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
