Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and scanning.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
- Manage, follow, and file incoming and outgoing letters.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Another task assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent oral and written English communication and human interaction skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
- Good Hygiene!
