Education Requirement
- BA in marketing , business management or related field
Experience
- 6 years of experience in FMCG industry out of which 4 years in supervisory role is preferable
Skills required to Regional sales manager
- Excellent communication skill ( English) & Computer proficiency
- Ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage/negotiate with customers and to develop training programs for distributors.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
- Strong relationship and networking skills.
- Proven experience in conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.
- Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
- Ability to analyze and read data
- The ability and willingness to travel intensively
