Job Overview: 

Haile Hotels and Resorts Group is looking for a candidate who identifies themselves as energetic, driven, and has Excellent Interpersonal skills to join our dynamic Sales Team. The Sales Executive is assigned to primarily work on accounts assigned to him/her within the corporate market by generating new business, turning key prospect accounts into key accounts, and by maintaining existing accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor the reservations team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily reservation activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • System Management: Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring accurate data entry and availability.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on booking trends, team performance, and customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and front office departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a reservations or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
