About You

Educational Background:	B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or related fields
Work Experience:	Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in construction supervision
Specific Experience:	Minimum 4 Years as a Resident Engineer Proven track record in contract administration, site supervision, and technical oversight. Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Technical Skills and Competencies:	Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and enforce quality & safety standards
Soft Skills:	Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under time-sensitive conditions. Ability to coordinate effectively between contractors, consultants, and clients.
Professional License	Renewed Practicing Professional Engineer Level
