A Resource Management Ass. Chief Executive Officer is the highest-ranking executive in an organization, responsible for defining strategic direction, ensuring long-term growth, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Reporting to the board of directors, the CEO makes high-level decisions that affect the organization’s performance, culture, and market position.

CEOs lead senior management teams, allocate resources, manage investor and board relations, and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Their success is measured by key business metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, market share, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. CEOs must balance short-term performance with long-term sustainability and innovation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership to the trade association on financial and human resources issues, leading organizations to become more effective
  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises the general financial and human resources operations of the trade association;
  • Monitors and controls the effective and economical use of resources, especially financial and human resources, for the intended purpose only

ü Ensures that the accounts of the business association are closed properly and on time, that accurate financial statements are prepared in a timely and proper manner, and that they are submitted for audit in a timely manner Ensures the development of reliable internal control and information exchange mechanisms and systems, and ensures their proper implementation Directs the hiring, promotion, transfer and other related activities of subordinate officers and employees assigned to key positions Develops, approves and implements the business association’s human resource development, financial and other related strategies, practices and procedures Ensures the formulation and implementation of financial and human resource development policies and guidelines Monitors and controls the financial, human resources, property management, and marketing and sales activities of the trade association, and takes corrective action as necessary takes timely corrective action based on the findings of the auditor’s report and reports corrective action to the CEO and management Approves payment requests within the authorized authority, and delegates the authority to approve payments or other matters to subordinate officials Represents the organization in establishing and maintaining relationships and agreements with any third party, negotiates any contracts within the scope of his/her authorized authority, signs contracts when authorized by the Chief Executive Officer, monitors their implementation, and enforces them Set and communicate the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic goals Oversee the development and execution of long- and short-term business strategies Build, lead, and mentor the executive leadership teams Monitor financial performance and ensure fiscal accountability Represent the organization to investors, partners, media, and regulatory bodies Drive organizational culture and ensure alignment with core values Identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Report to and collaborate with the board of directors on governance matters’ Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with stockholders, government entities and the general public Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies Manage overall operations performance across all departments and make major decisions affecting the organization Manage the organization’s resources’ Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization Manage company organizational structure Communicate with the board of directors Assess and minimize risks to the company Provide company-wide leadership Implement strategic plans by working with senior stakeholders Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals.

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with business strategy, financial planning, Financial Management and P&L oversight
  • Expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
  • Strong grasp of market trends and competitive positioning
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting

Soft skills

  • Visionary leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • High emotional intelligence and talent development ability

Educational requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or a related field (required)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred

Salary: – Negotiation /Negotiable

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of senior executive leadership experience
  • Industry-specific expertise manufacturing
  • Similar working Experience with boards, CEO, or in publicly traded environments.
