Job Description
As a Sales Capability Manager, you are responsible to collaborate with the sales staff and identify issues the employees are facing. You will also be responsible for maximizing their effectiveness through these training programs. Your role includes creating the learning material, monitoring performance after each session and making recommendations for improvements.
The Sales Capability Manager is responsible for training of all sales promoters and supervisors and also for all sales and marketing individuals in the BU.
Ø Identifying the training need for Promoters, sales Representatives and Retail s supervisors.
Ø Based on the need preparing training manuals and materials.
Ø Provide training to sales promoters and supervisors.
Ø Follow-up the day to day activities of sales promoters and supervisors and other sales and marketing teams to support them
Ø Prepare performance evaluation criteria and implement it to sales promoters and supervisors.
Ø Advising the manager on the best methods and mechanisms which help the department to archive its objectives.
Ø Collect and analyses weekly and monthly sales amount of each sales promoter to identify his or her performance.
Ø Based on the analyzed sales performance Recommend and implement improvement mechanisms.
Ø Facilitate training & development programs
Ø Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
Job Requirements
Education
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related fields
Experience
Ø Proven of experience more than 4 years as a Training Manager , Sales Training Specialist, Senior Corporate Sales Trainer
