Department: Business Development
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator s Project Administrator to support our Business Development team in delivering banking and financial software solutions.
This role directly supports the General Manager and Deputy General Manager and serves as the administrative backbone of the sales process. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, understands the importance of deadlines, and ensures that no opportunity is lost due to operational gaps.
Key Responsibilities
Leads Client Coordination
- Manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up communication
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with bank officials and stakeholders
- Track client engagement status and maintain communication records
Bids Proposal Administration
- Organize, format, and compile bid documents and RFP responses
- Track submission deadlines and compliance requirements
- Maintain a structured repository of proposal templates, contracts, and supporting documents
- Coordinate internally to gather required technical and commercial inputs
CRM’s Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, pipeline status, contacts, follow-ups)
- Ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Generate basic pipeline or activity reports when required
Task s Milestone Tracking
- Monitor contract renewals, submission deadlines, and project milestones
- Proactively send reminders and escalate when necessary
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks in the sales process
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or enterprise software vendors
- Familiarity with bid/RFP environments
- Experience supporting senior leadership

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 7 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or project administration
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
