Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform sales activities as planned at Department level and target allotted,
- Search potential apartment house buyers and promote to final sales,
- Handle Promotional and Sales activities, Sales Presentation, sales contract management,
- Work on sales volume increment by undertaking both indoor and outdoor sales,
- Operate on Customer matters in both sales execution and after sales services,
- Play a supportive role in market research and survey,
Term of Employment: Permanent subjected to 45 days’ probation Period
Job Requirements
Education:
- BA/Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or related fields of study
Experience
- 2 Years for BA Degree and 4 years for Diploma preferably as Sales Officer in the Real Estate Sector
Desirable Key qualities:
- Good command of Communication and Presentation Skills, Innovative and energetic character to generate new sales with a spirit of Teamwork
