- We are looking for an experienced sales manager who can successfully operate and run our high-end furniture store
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to oversee all the operations of our furniture business.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic planner with excellent organizational abilities, leadership skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- A positive and can-do attitude is also necessary as well as being a team player.
- The sales manager will be directly communicating with and serving as an executive support to the general manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working closely with and acting as executive assistant to general manager
- Keeping up to date with the latest furniture trends and competitors’ strategies
- Report on current trends, customer needs, and come up with competitive and profitable ways to win in market.
- Inventory management skills to keep track of stock, order new products as needed and manage the arrangement of the showroom.
- Ensuring the store is clean, safe and presentable at all times.
- Basic financials know how to manage budgets, pricing, and store expenses.
- Working with HR overseeing the recruitment, training and performance evaluations of sales staff.
- Handling deliveries, returns, exchanges, and other services ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Additional Information
- Work Environment: Physical retail store. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the General Manager.
- Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications and aligned with industry standards.

About You
Education and Training Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Sufficient years of experience and any relevant certifications may be considered in the absence of a degree.
- Proven successful experience as a sales manager with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in furniture related business.
- A good knowledge of furniture products, market trends, and visual merchandising.
- Some knowledge of interior design
