What You’ll Do — Make an Impact

  • Set bold targets, design winning go‑to‑market plans, and deliver measurable growth in the luxury segment.
  • Lead & inspire: recruit, coach, and motivate elite sales agents to exceed targets and elevate service standards.
  • Win high-value deals: manage the full sales cycle—networking, showcasing premium properties, negotiating complex offers, and closing with finesse.
  • Analyze trends, pinpoint lucrative opportunities, and advise on pricing and product positioning to maximize returns.
  • Drive performance: implement KPIs, run pipeline reviews, and deliver insightful sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
  • Build partnerships: cultivate developer relationships, off‑market networks, and referral channels to expand your deal flow.
About You

Who You Are

  • A seasoned closer with at least 5 years’ proven success in Ethiopian real estate—preferably with luxury/residential experience.
  • A natural leader who elevates team performance through coaching, accountability, and high standards.
  • Expert negotiator and relationship-builder with a track record of closing high-value transactions.
  • Data-driven and strategic—able to turn market insight into revenue-generating action.
  • Professional, discreet, and client-centric—committed to delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in real estate sales; prior team leadership preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet targets, prepare budgets/forecasts, and analyze sales metrics.
