REPORTS TO: General Manager
Position summary:
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing the implementation of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategies and achieving budgeted top line revenue for the hotel. The role is responsible for maximizing profitability for the hotel and ensuring delivery of outstanding quality service for all customers.

About You
PREREQUISITES:
High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Job Requirement
- Degree/master’s in marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management
- 3 years’ and above experience as sales and marketing Director
- Great Leadership & Managerial skill and an excellent team player Great interpersonal skill, communication skill and passion for the industry Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs
- Own a driver’s license
- Fluent in spoken & written English, additional language skill is advantageous
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including web analytics metrics and tools.
- Ability to assess the market and work to increase the hotel’s share of business
