With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, we are focused on providing high-quality service and products while expanding our presence in the Ethiopian market. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead and shape our marketing strategy and sales efforts.

 

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall sales and marketing strategy for Angla Burger. The role involves leading the marketing and sales teams, developing effective campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement, and optimizing sales channels. This leadership position requires someone with strong strategic thinking, deep market knowledge, and the ability to drive results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and target customer base. Implement digital, traditional, and event-based marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify sales opportunities and expand the customer base. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication across all channels. Maintain and improve the brand’s presence across digital platforms and in-store promotions.
  • Customer Engagement: Use customer data and feedback to design targeted campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance, and product development to support overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and return on investment (ROI).

About You

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in MarketingBusiness Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience:  Minimum for 5 years At least 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
    • Proven track record of successful campaigns and sales growth.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.

 

Language: Proficiency in Amharic and English (both written and spoken).
