Key Responsibilities
- Sell the Company’s motorbike products by converting assigned leads and generating new sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Conduct customer follow-ups through calls, visits, and showroom engagement.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and payment options to customers.
- Actively source new customers through field sales, referrals, and market outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processing and delivery.
- Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and completed transactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings to management.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and product demonstrations.
- Uphold company policies, ethical sales practices, and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product sales (motorbike or durable goods sales is an advantage).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
