About the Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the Company’s motorbike products by converting assigned leads and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups through calls, visits, and showroom engagement.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and payment options to customers.
  • Actively source new customers through field sales, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processing and delivery.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and completed transactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings to management.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and product demonstrations.
  • Uphold company policies, ethical sales practices, and professional conduct
About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product sales (motorbike or durable goods sales is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good negotiation and customer handling skills
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills
