Compensation: Net 8,000 ETB + Commission based on Performance
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new customers and engage existing ones to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Marketing Manager on sales strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales activity reports to the Sales Director.

- Proven sales experience with a strong track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
