About the Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to promote and sell Aptamil infant formula products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving infant nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Aptamil infant formula products to healthcare professionals;
  • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to inform healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of Aptamil products;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Pharmacies;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Gather insights on customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management;
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets;
  • Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on Aptamil products;
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and seminars related to infant nutrition;
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies while promoting products;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels;
  • Discharges other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
About You

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or nutrition;
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales is preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of infant nutrition and formula products is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
