Job Summary:
Betopia Properties wants to hire an energetic and experienced Sales representative on contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a creative team atmosphere. The office environment is excellent for self-motivated individuals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales lead through survey, telemarketing and other alternative and show the company property (located at German square) to potential buyers.
- Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by producing innovative ideas and sales activities to meet objectives/ targets.
- Guide clients from beginning to end of the home buying process in choosing the right house.
- Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
- Coordinate appointments to showrooms to prospective buyers, deliver positive and effective sales presentation
- promote the company properties with campaigns and events
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and performing day-to-day tasks on maintaining information and our customer relationship management system.
- Handle customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers to encourage and repeat sales or referrals.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Job Requirements
Qualification
- 2 years and above of sales experience on real estate
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
