About the Job
Ayat Share Company, a leading real estate developer in Ethiopia, is engaged in the construction and sale of residential and commercial buildings in Addis Ababa. We are currently hiring full-time freelance sales agents based across Ethiopia—including Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, and other regional cities.
In this role, you will promote and sell Ayat’s properties by identifying potential buyers—individuals, organizations, or members of the Ethiopian diaspora—interested in owning residential homes or commercial spaces in Addis Ababa.
We also welcome applications from those who are currently employed but interested in earning extra income during their free time. Whether you work full-time or part-time, this position offers flexibility and strong income potential.
Compensation
Monthly Base Pay: 25,859.00 ETB
Commission: 5.5% on every successful sale
This role offers a competitive base salary with high commission potential, making it ideal for both full-time professionals and those seeking additional income.
