Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Sales Supervisor on behalf of a private company.

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations at the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing customer complaints, coordinating invoicing and delivery processes, and supporting branch staff. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of sales procedures within the furniture or home goods industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolving customer support staff problems at the branch.
  • Gives high regards to all customers (walk in or existing) around the showroom or on the phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service like delivery, price, product defects etc. by fully updating the Head of Sales and following company procedures.
  • Constantly maintaining relationships in conversing with existing customers as well as developing and maintaining in shipment new ones.
  • Prepares / Issues and follows up on Proforma Invoices. First and for most to check the availability of stock and then feed the right details and code/s of the item/s that are offered to customers within the unit. Feedback of customers shall be communicated.
  • Approving Proforma and delivery notes and following upon their status.
  • Issues Cash Invoices after checking availability and confirming delivery schedule for timely deliveries of the goods and services to the intended customer.
  • With regards to Invoicing, first and for most to checks the availability of stock and then feeds the right details and code/s of the item/s sold, customer name and Tax Identification Number (TIN), if applicable, If it is and TIN is not available.
  • Checking Cash Invoices preparatory on daily base (serial sequence in file as well as price and models.
About You
  • BA degree in Marketing, Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or home goods.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and computer skills.
