ESHET Microfinance Institution S. Co would like to invite competent applicants for the following position:
Summary of Duties:
- Gives training and advices for formation of cohesive self initiated joint liability groups
- Promotes the company’s services to prospective clients that are the right target group’s meeting place
- Attends group meetings regularly and respecting the agreed upon meeting time at the group’s meeting place.
- Ensures compliance of the members with the bylawa of their groups
- Processes loan application and loan contract at the time of disbursement.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Management, Accounting/ Agriculture or related fields.
- More than 3 years relevant work Experience
