About the Job
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and innovation.
• Organize joint sessions between the Product Design and Software Development teams to align on user experience and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote agile best practices.
• Coordinate with DevOps to ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Serve as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum teams.
• Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, including inter-team dependencies.
• Coach team members on agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of self-organization and accountability.
• Track and report team performance using agile metrics, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectation.
• Conduct regular retrospectives with all teams to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable feedback.
About You
Experience:
• Above 2 years of relevant work experience in Scrum Master and other related fields
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
Skills:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum
• Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams
