As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Your duties will include organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating with clients and vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing proposals, managing accounting tasks, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Computer Science.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
