About the Job
- Provides administrative assistance and secretarial services to the Managers
- Operates typewriters, computers, fax, photocopy, and other office machines applicable to the office
- Sorts out mail delivered to the office, handles incoming and outgoing correspondence for signature; expedites matters directed to departments and other work units.
- Receives visitors; clarifies business questions whenever possible and schedules appointments considering the manager’s workload on any particular day.
- Answers telephone calls directed to the managers or other appropriate persons in charge.
- Composes routine letters, correspondence, reports, memos, etc.
- Maintains files of correspondence and other materials of a confidential nature.
- Requests office supplies and controls their proper use.
- Facilitate general office duties including copying, faxing, etc
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters.
About You
Education:
- Diploma or B.Sc. degree in Secretarial Science/Office Management/Accounting/ Marketing/ Management
Experience:
- At least 5/3 Years’ experience in a related position.
SKILL
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal com.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), Communication Skills, File Organization
