About the Job
Elellan Import and Export is looking for Secretary & Office Assistant on behalf of a Private company. Provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth office operations, including communication, documentation, filing, and coordination of local/foreign purchases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls, manage messages, and handle internal/external communication.
- Prepare documents, memos, letters, and purchase orders.
- Maintain files, records, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and distribute approved materials.
- Manage office supplies and operate office equipment.
- Assist Department Manager and perform assigned tasks
About You
- BA Degree/ Diploma for 1year and above as secretary and office coordinator.
