About the Job

Shining Stone International Business Plc is private business Company that is engaged in the Real Estate, Specialized Foundation, Road Marking Construction and Chemical Manufacturing. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties 

  • Check Posting,  coding and summarizing of receipts & payment (CPV, CRV, cash sales, Credit sales & Settlement documents, or notes & credit notes & other adjustments)
  • Check journal voucher that are approved to be sure of their completeness by responsible supervisor.
  • File & back up finical data in hard disk and soft copy
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly trial balance for management report.
  • Prepare detailed quarterly trial balance & report odd balances to his/her immediate supervisor for managerial action
  • Reconcile subsidiary & control ledger on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Prepare necessary schedules when instructed.
  • Reconcile subsidiary ledger of bank with register books.
  • Prepare statements of accounts periodically for all debtor & creditors’
  • Prepare statements of reconciliation for debtors, creditors and verify confirmation request for external bodies such as external auditors.
  • Prepare monthly checklists of all posted & un posted vouchers
  • Assist and participate in the preparation of operational plan of the Financial Accounting and Reporting Section.
  • Reviews /controls all payments and supporting documents are correct before sent for payment authorization.

About You

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: – 

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance and Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: –

  •  6/8 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Senior positions.

Technical Competency 

  • Track record in managing business organization preferably in Construction industry
  • Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning
  • IFRS, Peachtree Accounting and Tax Accountant
