Scope and Genera purpose (job summary)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic architect of business development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through Boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Major challenges in doing this job

Search for and secure profitable project to meet targeted sales volume for the year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meeting with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s product/service addressing or predicting client objectives
  • Prepare sale contracts ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep record of sale, revenue, invoice etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after -sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

About You

Requirement

  • Require to have education background in engineering, preferable in architecture
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales executive or relevant role
  • Must have minimum 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Experience in customer support is plus
  • Market knowledge
  • proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. sales force)
  • proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Supervise the MEP works done by outsourced companies.

 Qualification

  • Senior architect with 10 years experience that can also manage or supervise the MEP works done by outsourced companies.
