Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible to manage, supervise, plan, schedule, direct and coordinate the activities of the division. S/he develops and implements procedures and manuals related to construction project management. The jobholder also handles and resolves claims and disputes with regard to construction works.
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience; BSC Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology & Management, Computer Courses in Engineering Plus a minimum of five (5) years in Construction Work Experience with at least two (2) years as Resident Engineer.
Certifications:
- Auto CAD Certificate is Mandatory
- SAP and Arch CAD is an Added Advantage.
