  • Knowledge on Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and Private Organization Employees’ Pension Proclamation
  • Ability to implement Collective Agreement and Proclamations
  • Ability in managing employee Pension and Insurance inclusion, salary change and exclusion
  • Excellent skill in major HR functions & HRIS
  • Excellent follow-up skill in employees leave schedule, attendance control & disciplinary issues
  • Ability to maintain accurate employees’ records
  • Effective Communication & writing skill both in Amharic and English
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work as a team
About You

Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Management or HR Management from recognized University/College
  • Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience directly out of which 3 year’s experience as an HR officer is mandatory
