Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and internal governance standards.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures,
- Plan, organize, and lead all HR and performance management functions in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, placement, promotion and transfer
- Ensure effective HR information systems and secure personnel data management.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual HR and performance reports, manpower plans, and forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: – Graduated with a first degree from recognized college in management, business management, business administration, human resource management and related field
- Experience: –At least 2 years and above of relevant experience in HR and Admin Officer experience.
- Speaking and understanding Oromic language (Afaan Oromo) is an advantage.
