Our Company  established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently we have a total of 400+ Employee with different professional background and work Experience. And now Droga Pharma PLC as a business unit,establishing chain of pharmacies all over Ethiopia.

  1. Senior Project Officer

The senior Project Officer performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established Droga Group company objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  1. Assisting with project preparation and planning
  2. Conduct project feasibility study for every project in the company
  3. Provide a range of project follow up and support services
  4. monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established project management methodology.
  5. Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
  6. Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
  7. compile data and information to identify emerging issues and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
  8. Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making.
  9.  Track project Risk Assessment and develop Mitigation measure to address them.
  10. Scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as required from time to time by the Department

            2. Senior Strategic planning Officer

The Senior strategic Planning Officer supports strategy and planning activities at the heart of the Droga Group company. The role sits in the Planning works across the areas of strategic and service planning, data reporting and analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  1. The Strategic planning officer identify the long-and-short-term strategic goals of a company.
  2. assess the company’s goals and identify areas for improvement.
  3. responsible for researching industry trends and conducting relevant and current market research.
  4. Assess current business strategy and business environment (internal and external)
  5. Develop strategic plan, midterm review and determine performance metrics
  6. Coordinates with all divisions to prepare the Annual Work Plans
  7.  ensure strategic priorities are communicated and easily understood across the organization at all levels.
  8. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans aligned with mission, vision and goals and work plan. This includes coordinating with different departments to ensure alignment with the overall Company strategy.
  9. Lead on the reporting of Strategic Plan implementation
  10. The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as required from time to time by the Department.

           3. Senior Business Analyst

Here are some of the critical business and soft-skills required to succeed as a business analyst: Knowledge of diagramming, data crunching, big data mining techniques, database management and systems engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  1. Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  2.  Helping businesses implement technology solutions in the most cost-efficient manner
  3. To develop the business case, while defining and documenting customer business functions
  4. Assess how organizations are performing and help them improve their processes and systems
  5. Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions.
  6. Identifying Issues, Risks and Benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
  7. To assist technically in training and coaching professional and technical staff.
  8. To develop a training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned systems module.
  9. To interact with wide-ranging stakeholders to get the necessary information, engagement and involvement to move a project forward.
  10. Creating Reports on the Performance of the Business and Utilize the reports to identify business areas.
  11. Analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders
  12. The Post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as required from time to time by the Department.

About You

1. Senior Project Officer

  • Qualification and Experience 
  • Above 3-5 years of experience in project management, including experience managing large, complex projects Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Requirements:
  • (BA/BSc/MA/MSc) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Economics, project management, engineering like civil engineering, construction management)

2.  Senior Strategic planning Officer

  • Qualification and Experience 
  • Above 5 years of experience in Commercial business area, non-government organization, statistics,
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically and to address a complex range of issues.
  • Ability to analyses and use complex numerical and financial data;
  • Experienced in working proactively and on their own initiative, using their exceptional influencing and persuasion skills to help ensure delivery of strategic objectives;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff
  •  Requirements:
  • (BA/MA) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Economics, business management, Business Administration, Marketing and trade, statistics, Management, related department)

3.   Senior Business Analyst

       Qualification and Experience 

  • Above 5 years of experience in area of pharma industry, manufacturing, construction and Agribusiness.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, Sage and Mathematics.
  • Excellent command over Microsoft Excel, word, PowerPoint and MS Visio.
  • Curiosity and drive to continue learning and Knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to assess risks and prioritize competing business demands.
  • Ability to translate and visualize data concisely and accurately.
  • Requirements:
  • (BA/BSc, MA/MSc) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Economics, supply chain management, Business Administration, information science, statistics, related department)
