We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in our transport-hailing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying key business opportunities, onboarding corporate clients and supporting the clients to upload the RIDE PLUS app, and boosting market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

About You

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, fleet partners, and high-volume clients.
• Build and manage relationships with existing partners to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet client needs in the transport/logistics space.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and tech teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Analyze sales performance and track KPIs to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and campaigns to promote services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of sales experience, preferably in tech, transport, or logistics.
• Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
• Experience working in a Transport-hailing, fleet management, or transportation startup is highly desirable.
