About the Job

The Senior Training and Development Officer to monitor and support the implementation of effective employee Performance Management system as well as learning and development program across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement all learning and development programs to facilitate professional development and continuous learning for employees;
  • Provide support and facilitation to line managers in applying the Performance Management System.
  • Support and follow up the execution of all Performance Management cycle components.
  • Facilitate eligible employee performance management contract signing process.
  • Report periodic performance planning and assessments to immediate supervisor.

    Prepare the annual training plan/budget in line with the training need assessment.

     

About You

  • BA/MA/MBA/MSc in Human Resource Management or Management or related fields of studies
  • 5/3 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
  • Competence in MS Office, ethical behavior, and critical thinking
