Role & Responsibilities:
- Assess and underwrite complex commercial and personal insurance applications with precision and insight.
- Negotiate optimal terms and pricing with insurer partners.
- Guide and mentor junior underwriting staff to foster technical growth.
- Review and refine underwriting guidelines and practices.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in underwriting Property & Casualty, Liability, or Health insurance.
- Deep understanding of insurance markets, risk analysis, and pricing methodologies.
- Professional certification such as CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
