Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Service Engineer to oversee the daily maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all technical and engineering systems in our hotel. This role involves supervising a team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and contributing to the guest experience through timely and effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance standards.
- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, hotel standards, and safety guidelines.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and assist in preparing the maintenance budget.
- Conduct technical training sessions to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

About You
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies.
