About You
Qualification
- Degree Civil Engineer or construction management from recognized university
Main Duties and responsibility
• Prepares regular work accomplishment reports and makes proper follow up.
• Prepares take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate monthly.
• Makes a close follow-up of the operation and prepares cost analysis or as necessary together with the Senior Manager and or Construction Engineer.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget of the project.
• Changes to the scope of work must be forwarded to the commercial team immediately
• Organizing materials & ensuring sites are safe and clean
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent knowledge in computer skills such as Microsoft Office
Requirement
- 4 years and above work experience
