Key Responsibilities
- Support Kitchen Operations: Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Food Preparation: Supervise and participate in the preparation and presentation of food to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
- Menu Development: Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Quality Control: Monitor food production to ensure compliance with recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.

About You
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training: with competency certification (COC) level 4 or above

- Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
