Position Title                               : Store Keeper   

 

Division                            : Supply Chain Department

 

Reporting to                                : Store Head

 

Job Summary/Main Purpose:

 

  • Store Keeper is Responsible to perform a day today store keeping operation as per the related SOP & GMP Guidelines.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Under the direct supervision of Store Head, The Store Keeper carry out the job of the entire store keeping Activities.
  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials.
  • Maintains records of all deliveries.
  • Managing store lauout ,maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment.
  • Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
  • Insure the the receive storage , record , dispach and daily managemenet of stock of all packing materilas.
  • Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.
  • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
  • Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
  • Insure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • To report work activities to store head and delegated person on a daily basis.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.

Requirements (Education and work experience): 

 

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics Management & other related business field and 1/3 years of related work experience.

  • Problem solving and organizing skills
  • Demonstrate high level of personal motivation and initiative.
