About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Store and Stock Control Section Head to lead and optimize our warehouse and inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to drive our production efficiency and minimize cost wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory management activities—receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all transactions are properly logged in ERP or digital inventory systems.
• Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and proper handling to reduce loss and damage.
• Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliations, and audits to ensure zero variance.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Identify and report on slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete materials and recommend disposal or reuse strategies.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve warehouse layout, labeling systems, and space utilization for better efficiency.
• Prepare and present timely stock and performance reports to management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years proven experience in warehouse or stock management, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
• Technical Proficiency: ERP system knowledge (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar), strong Excel skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
