About the Role
East African Trading House PLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supermarket Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a motivated team in alignment with our mission.

About You
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the supermarket’s operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales.
- Monitor and improve store performance by analyzing sales data and implementing effective strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and product selection.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of >5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket and 3 years in supervisor level.
