About the Job

Temer Properties is seeking a qualified Talent & Organizational Development Manager to lead talent acquisition, organizational development, culture, and employee experience initiatives. The role reports to the People & Culture Director.

Key Purpose

To attract, develop, and retain top talent while strengthening organizational capability, succession planning, and employee engagement to support Temer Properties’ growth and long-term success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement OD frameworks, job architecture, and change initiatives.
  • Drive culture, engagement, onboarding, and recognition programs.
  • Manage talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Deliver workforce insights and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR leadership.
