Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains and repairs the factory technical system;
- Ensures that machine availability is >90% by coordinating the Technique Team;
- Prepares preventive maintenance plan, specifying necessary spare parts and always cheeks stock status of spare parts;
- Coordinates his team to ensure the smooth operation of the machines;
- Trains, coaches, and supports staff;
- Prepares preventive maintenance plan, implements the plan, and reports performance;
- Introduces mechanisms whereby to improve efficiency of machineries, equipment & power plants , thereby reducing down time;
- Prepares on job training to upgrade machine operation & enhancing skills to operate smoothly and efficiently;
- Introduces mechanisms whereby to avoid or minimize machine break down and failure of machineries & utilities by performing preventive maintenance and fast maintenance of breakages;
- Specifies clear and proper spare parts needed and checks periodically the availability and announce ahead;
- Prepares operating guidelines, procedures, maintenance manual and cheek list for each machinery, equipment & utility;
- Maintains break downs with in short time by using testing devices to detect & correct mal functions;
- Identifies production bottle necks (machine parts) & proposes solutions;
- Ensures the safety & smooth operation of machineries & power plants;
- Ensures that the product is clean from contact with grease, oil & other foreign parts inside and outside of bottle parts;
- Ensures that all production machineries and components are clean and in good condition prior to starting productions and after production;
- Discharges other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
About You
Education
- BSC Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering and related fields.
Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Bottling and Beverage Companies.

- Technical (mechanical and electrical maintenance) skills;
- Problem solving skills.
