About the Job
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customer
- Follow daily routines strictly to increase volume
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
- Enhance focus on account development
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
- Sustaining current accounts
- Record trade returns from customers
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Issuing invoices for collected orders from customers
- Negotiating and collecting orders with clients
- Maintaining client record
- Facilitate delivery of item
- Provide direct customer service by informing client about product
- Preparing summary financial reports for the daily sales and submitting the reports to finance
- Identify sales opportunity & follow up the existing market
- Perform other tasks as assigned
About You
- BA Degree in business, marketing or related field
- 2 years and above experience
- Impeccable customer service skills, Motivated, driven attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Expert in time management
- Proven track record in sales environment
- Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
