About the Job

  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customer
  • Follow daily routines strictly to increase volume
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Enhance focus on account development
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Sustaining current accounts
  • Record trade returns from customers
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  • Issuing invoices for collected orders from customers
  • Negotiating and collecting orders with clients
  • Maintaining client record
  • Facilitate delivery of item
  • Provide direct customer service by informing client about product
  • Preparing summary financial reports for the daily sales and submitting the reports to finance
  • Identify sales opportunity & follow up the existing market
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

About You

  • BA Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 2 years and above experience
  • Impeccable customer service skills, Motivated, driven attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
  • Expert in time management
  • Proven track record in sales environment
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
