Company Profile: Selam Int’l Travel and Tours is a private organization which originally started operation in September 1992. It is ideally located near Bole International Airport. It has been over twenty years since we went into the travel business. In the beginning we were mostly engaged in ticket sales but we have diversified ourselves over the years to also provide other services including motor vehicle hiring services, hotel bookings and tour operations. Thanks God, we are doing great and are growing from strength to strength.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience: BA Degree or Diploma in Tourism Management or Tour Operations Management with 2 years and/or 3 years of relevant experience. Work experience in Tour and Travel Company is desirable.
Expected Skills:
- Tour program (Itinerary) designing and quotation preparation;
- Oral & written communication skills;
- Online marketing skills;
- E-mail correspondence ability to respond guest’s inquiry instantly;
- Know how on the local tourist attractions and routes as well.
Other Skills:
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Power Point and MS-Excel;
- Interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and networking;
- Multi Lingual ability is a plus;
- Ability to work in a team and under ambiguous situations.
