JOB SUMMARY

Identifies training gaps of the plant, prepares annual training plan and conducts/facilitates trainings as planned in collaboration with the L & D Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements annual training programs that aim at enhancing skills and knowledge of employees at every level of the structure
• Maps out training gaps of the entire plant and upgrades employee’s competency
• Works in close collaboration with the L&D Manager to identify training gaps from the performance management system
• Undertakes a thorough training needs assessment of the plant in collaboration with the L&D Manager.
• Ensure planned trainings are conducted as planned
• Conduct post training evaluation
• Supervises planned training are effectively carried out as scheduled
• Delivers periodic reports concerning the performance of the unit
• Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
• Assist managers to develop individual development plans

Required qualification and experience

• BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration or equivalent
• At least four years’ relevant work experience in HR or training
