Job Description
- Waiter/ Waitress is responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
Job Requirements
- BA degree or Diploma or Certificate in Hotel management, Hotel Operations or F&B Service with good communication skills Relevant work experience
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Proficiency in Computer applications and Micros hotel software
- Strong human relations /interpersonal skill
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skill and good knowledge of English and Amharic language
- Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage where relevant.
