Synergy Industrial Pvt. Ltd. Co. is an electromechanical, automation and instrumentation company actively serving various industries including the manufacturing, water supply and energy sectors.

Currently, we are seeking to hire qualified personnel in the following positions for one of our projects.

The candidate is expected to perform laying, positioning, assembling, welding, installing, inspecting and making alignments of pipes as per the engineering drawings and specifications.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Able to understand and review schematics
• Well-versed in using hand tools and machines including welding machine or grinder, to complete tasks
• Lays, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications
• Hands on experience on both pipe fitting and welding: able to take accurate pipe measurement, able to cut pipe straight as per the measurement, good with fitting and maintaining pipe alignment and good with welding skill in fixed positions (flat, vertical or overhead positions).
• Technical skills in fabrication and pre-preparation activities as directed from seniors.
• Develops templates and other works to hold and align parts.
• Determines required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
• Able to work under pressure and with responsibility to accomplish what is given in time and with preferred quality.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to learn fast to adapt to the environment to understand situations and provide solutions.
• Demonstrates skill to get certified by the respective body at the site, when applicable
• Follows all safety protocols and cleans up the workspace upon completion
• Performs other related tasks
